How to Install Microsoft Fonts on a Mac
Here’s a quick guide to installing the Segoe UI font, which is commonly used on Microsoft platforms but not natively supported on Macs.
Steps to Install the Segoe UI Font:
Download the Fonts
Click on the following link to download the Segoe UI font package: https://aka.ms/WebFluentFonts
Open the Downloaded File
Once the file has been downloaded, open it to reveal the different Segoe UI font styles (e.g., Regular, Bold, Italic).
- Select and Open the Fonts with Font Book
- Select all the font files by clicking and dragging over them, or by holding down the
Command key
and clicking each file individually. Right-click on your selection, choose “Open With,” and select “Font Book.”
