Customer Locations

This report presents a geographic breakdown of your customer base, highlighting both the Total Customer Count and Lifetime Value per Customer for each city. It combines a table and an interactive map to give you insights into customer distribution and value across locations.

  • High Customer Count and High Lifetime Value: Cities that show both a high customer count and a high lifetime value are areas where your brand is thriving. This means you’re not only reaching a lot of customers but those customers are also spending more on average.
  • Low Customer Count but High Lifetime Value: Some cities might show a lower number of customers but a higher Lifetime Value per Customer. These areas might have untapped growth potential since the existing customer base is highly valuable.
  • High Customer Count but Low Lifetime Value: Areas with many customers but a low lifetime value may indicate opportunities to increase engagement and upsell. Customers in these regions are interested in your products but might require more nurturing to increase their purchase frequency or average order value.
